Q: What's your warranty period?
A: 12 months. In case of product problems, we provide needed spares parts for free during the warranty (exclude consumables and man-made damages)
Q: What's the payment term?
A: Usually TT, L/C, Western Union are available. For others, please contact with us for negotiation.
Q: What's your lead time?
A: We have professional production line and stuff whom can make a nice quality in a short time.
Usually, within 3-25 days is ok, which is based on the stock status.
Q: Are you able to provide a ISO 17025 calibration certificate?
A: Yes, we generally provide two calibration certificates(optional).
• ISO 17025 certificate provided by a third party inspection company with charges.
• Calibration certificate provided by UTS without charges.
Q: Can you send report of fumigation report?
A: Our packing is composite board, not log, so it do not need fumigation treatment.
Q: Does your machine can meet our country voltage, such as 1 phase, 110V, 60HZ.
A: Yes. Our machine will be provided with specified power supply with specified plugs.
Q: How to place the order?
A: We will issue offIcial proforma invoice / commercial invoice including bank details for payment. After received the amount, we will arrange the delivery / production.
